Acceptance of terms
By using Agaarly, you agree to these terms. If there's anything you don't agree with, it's best not to use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continuing to use Agaarly after an update means you accept the new version.
What the service is
Agaarly is a platform that displays rental listings and connects renters directly with the people who list them. We are not a party to any rental agreement, and no payment or booking happens online on the platform. Any agreement is made directly between the renter and the lister, at their own responsibility.
Your account
You sign in using a code sent to your email. You're responsible for the accuracy of your details and for any activity under your account. Keep your email and sign-in code to yourself.
Lister responsibilities
If you list a unit, the details and photos must be real and up to date, and you must have the right to list it for rent. Listings go through a review before they appear, and Agaarly may reject or remove any listing that is inaccurate or violates these terms.
Renter responsibilities
Before any agreement, we recommend viewing the unit and verifying its details and the lister's identity. Any rental decision is made at your own discretion.
Prohibited content
It's not allowed to post false or misleading information, unlawful content, impersonate others, or attempt to harm the platform or its users.
Limitation of liability
Agaarly provides the platform as is and makes a genuine effort to review listings, but it doesn't guarantee the accuracy of all user-submitted content and isn't responsible for the transactions, agreements, or disputes that happen between parties.
Intellectual property
The Agaarly name, logo, and platform design belong to Agaarly. Content you upload remains yours, but you grant us the right to display it on the platform as part of providing the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
